WORK|OUT    distribution auf Deutsch

OUR READERS
Our readers include European students aged 18 to 35 - they are multilingual, mobile, critical and well-versed in contemporary media and international affairs. WORK|OUT addresses all academics, regardless of origin or institution, longing for mobility and international experience. Our readers include foreign language students, members of exchange programs such as Erasmus, scientific researchers and PhD students. Young professionals, as well as university professors and staff, enrich the paper especially with their critical contributions and advice.

WHAT OUR READERS ENJOY ABOUT W|O:
- independently-produced informations about current events as well as important higher education contacts.
- local university news conveyed directly by a network of correspondents across Europe.
- articles on contemporary themes in education policy
- thoroughly researched tips and contacts for students interested in international education, travel, and job opportunities.

ON CAMPUS
Our authors and correspondents are active parts of the local student scene within each city. With their help, we organise and participate in a variety of public events such as discussions, lectures, conferences, art-exhibits and fairs, in order to increase contact with our readers and affiliates. We conduct these events and international polls to effectively meet the demands of the European student.

DISTRIBUTION METHOD
Not only is WORK|OUT the first multilingual newspaper for European students, its distribution is unique as well:
The very same authors, correspondents, and teams of editors producing the paper organise the local distribution of W|O. Their own interests enable us to interact and build contacts with actors of the local and global higher educa-tion scene. This increases our chance to promote the paper at lectures and other popular public events. Choosing the right places for distribution, the most effective promotions and the necessary contacts can only be done by locals, themselves a part of the regional student scene. WORK|OUT is distributed by hand in university offices and dorms, as well as cafes and locales most popular with students.

SCHEDULE & PRINT RUN
W|O appears at least 6 times per year, 3 issues per semester (April-July, October-February). The average print run is 102.500 copies. Two-thirds of each issue are distributed by hand to regional higher education institutions, within the first two weeks after publication. The remaining copies are divided among our partners, appearing at cultural and state facilities, language schools, hostels, etc. With the help of our correspondents, themselves part of the student scene, we reach our student readers efficiently.
